Solo practitioner focusing in civil appeals, criminal appeals and all forms of postconviction relief.  Also engaged in civil rights, Constitutional Law issues, and estate planning.

Represented the State of Florida in all Criminal Appeals before the Federal and State Courts.  Represented the State of Florida in civil matters, including administrative hearings.

County of Volusia 1992-1994:  Assistant County Attorney
      
Engaged in all phases of County representation, including appeals, bankruptcy, civil rights, contracts and personal injury litigation.

Fifth District Court of Appeal 1989-1992:  Central Staff Attorney
      
Researched and drafted memoranda on original proceeding (certiorari, habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition), 3.850 motions and Anders appeals.  Prepared draft opinions.  Trained new staff attorneys.
